Transforming special education by empowering teachers with the time and tools they need to unlock every student's potential.
From experiencing the system's gaps firsthand to building the solution

Founder & CEO
When I suffered a severe concussion in high school, I had to drop some of my classes because the school couldn't adapt to my temporary learning disability. My experience was brief, but more than 8 million students in the U.S. rely on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) due to disabilities – and our system is failing them. The biggest reason? Teachers don't have the time or tools they need.
Over the last four years, I've worked with school systems across the country: developing a post-COVID learning recovery plan for Providence Public Schools, supporting the Texas Education Agency in implementing teacher training policies, and helping NYC Public Schools roll out a new reading curriculum across Brooklyn. In every context, I saw the same truth: teachers are the linchpin of our education system, and when they aren't empowered, students suffer.
This spring, I will graduate from Harvard Business School and return to New York City. But instead of advising school systems on how to solve problems, I'm ready to build solutions. I'm transforming how IEPs are developed, implemented, and monitored in this country – starting with the teachers and students of NYC.
